2022 PRIDE PARADE&STREET PARTY POLICIES, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”)

1. Entry forms are due no later than June 6, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

2. All entries must have adequate liability insurance coverage. Proof of this insurance coverage must be submitted to the Parade Committee no later than June 9, 2022.

3. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and validity may be checked the day of the parade by an officer of the Twin Falls Police Department or a member of the Parade Committee.

4. There is no entry fee.

5. Entries are positioned in the parade at the sole discretion of the Parade Committee.

6. Entries may begin lining up in the staging area at 4:00 PM on June 10, 2022. All entries must be attended throughout the lineup and fully decorated by 5:30 PM.

7. Participants walking with an entry must be at least 13 years of age or supervised by an adult at all times.

8. Miscellaneous vehicle entries, such as trucks, large equipment, etc. are prohibited from the parade unless decorated. Any large vehicle used to pull a float must be decorated.

9. All participants must be neat and clean in appearance and attire and present a positive image. No revealing clothing, risqué content, sexual content, or sexual simulation of any

kind will be tolerated or permitted. The Parade Committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone in violation of this policy.

10. Alcohol is prohibited.

11. All squirt guns, fire extinguishers, water balloons, etc. are prohibited.

12. No objects (e.g. candy, fliers, toys, etc.) may be thrown to parade spectators from any entry during the parade; provided, however, that candy, fliers, toys, etc. may be handed out by walkers along the parade route.

13. The Parade Committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone in violation of these policies in its sole discretion.

14. The undersigned acknowledges and is aware of the risks inherent in, and incidental to, participation in the 2022 Pride Parade & Street Party. Such participation involves the risk of injuries, property damage, and/or death. Each of the undersigned agrees to expressly assume and accept all such risks, including any negligence of Southern Idaho Pride Inc., Rock Creek Celebration Center, Inc., Serenity Funeral Chapel, Inc., or any director, officer, employee, or agent thereof (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”). To the fullest extent allowed by law, each of the undersigned agrees to fully release each of the Indemnified Parties for any and all claims, injuries, death, damages, expenses, or loss arising from, caused by, or resulting from, the undersigned’s participation in the 2022 Pride Parade & Street Party, regardless of whether or not any of the Indemnified Parties were negligent.

15. To the fullest extent allowed by law, each of the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Indemnified Parties for any and all claims, injuries, death, damages, expenses, or loss arising from, caused by, or resulting from, the undersigned’s participation in the 2022 Pride Parade & Street Party, regardless of whether or not any of the Indemnified Parties were negligent.
