Michael Foster, 66, unexpectedly passed away at Cassia Regional Hospital on March 21, 2018. He found peace in God's home, and found comfort in those who have been waiting for his embrace.
Michael Forrest Foster was born in Tonasket, Washington on January 22, 1952. He had such a big heart that he was able to love both of his families. In return, he was loved by many. During his time on earth he accomplished much. In his younger days, he served eight years as an aircraft mechanics specialist in the United States Air Force, and was honorably discharged in September 1978. One year later he began his thirty year career as an airplane electronics technician with the Boeing Company. Michael was a hardworking man and his time with the United States Air Force and Boeing were the two things he was most passionate and proud of.
Until his last breath Michael loved whole-heartedly. He loved his wife, his family, his dogs, his airplanes, and his technology. His kind heart and warm smile will be greatly missed.
Michael is survived by his wife, Rebecca Foster (Peterson); sister, Jackie Babst; children, Michael Foster, Stephanie Clinton, Paul Foster, Wendy Bass, Jennifer Pridmore, Brandi Fisher, Scott Schendel, Kristen O'Riley, and many grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E. Foster (Follert); father, Charles W. Foster, and a sister, Jerri Schlosser.
Services will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Serenity Funeral Chapel Life Celebration Center & Cremation Services of Idaho, Twin Falls. Condolences may be shared at www.serenityfuneralchapel.com.
