Jennifer Lin McIntosh Evans passed away on March 15th, 2018, surrounded by her loving children.
Jennifer was born on May 11th, 1967 in Burley, ID to Marvin and Dayce McIntosh. Marvin died when she was 17, after his passing Dayce married Leonard Rehn, who accepted Jennifer as his own. She lived in many places around Idaho and Utah, most recently residing in Gooding, ID. As a child she loved spending summers at the cabin in Stanley, ID that they built and co-owned with the Pingel family.
Jennifer was the life of the party and would light up a room with her smile. She took pride in coordinating events and parties of all kinds and bringing people together, this is how she met many of her close friends. She was a cowgirl at heart; she loved spending time on the farm, riding horses, and all things cattle. She was always first to volunteer giving shots, branding and even bottle feeding the calves. She also had a passion for the healthcare industry and served for many years on the Spanish Fork Ambulance and worked in the ER at Mountain View Hospital.
There was no one in this world more important to her than her grandkids, she loved watching them play sports and spending as much time as possible with them. She struggled with them being so far away and not being able to see them all the time, but always called to make sure they knew she loved them. Jennifer also had 5 kids that she loved with all she had, she always made sure they knew how special they were to her.
She is survived by her second father: Leonard Rehn, brothers: Greg Rehn, and Lenny Rehn, Her adoring children: Lindsey (Casey) Grover, Brock (Lindsey) Evans, Katlin (Ted) Dalton, Kole (Bryce) Evans, and Kade (Miranda) Evans, and 9 special grandchildren: Caselyn, McKoy, Corbin and Daycen Grover, Taylor, Anaston, and Hudson Dalton, Ellie Evans and soon to be Zackaree Goff. As well as an overwhelming amount of loving friends and family.
