The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Basic Services Fee (Funeral Director & Staff)
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)The basic services fee includes, but is not limited to, staff availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; staff response to initial service request; arrangement conference with family and/or responsible parties; arrangement and coordination of services; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording of vital statistics and death certificate; preparation and submission of notices and obituaries; coordination with those providing other portions of the services, clergy, cemetery, crematory, vault companies, motor escorts, florists, military personnel, etc. Also included in this charge are other overhead expenses associated with upkeep of facilities, maintenance of automobiles, professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, insurance, upkeep of parking lot and grounds, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory costs, record keeping, and secretarial and administrative expenses.
Special Care and Preparation of the Deceased
Except in certain special cases, Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Shipping charge for cremated remains (one container within Continental U.S.)
Overtime Charge for Evening, Weekend & Holiday Services (After 5pm Mon. Through Fri., Weekends & Holidays)
Additional staff required for any service (Per staff member, large service or special circumstances)
Automotive Equipment & Staff (50 Mile Radius, additional mileage charge, $2.00 mile one way)
Transfer of Remains to Funeral Chapel (Includes1 Staff Member)
Each Additional Staff Member required for Removals (per staff member, deceased over 250lbs)
Utility Vehicle (Transportation of flowers, equipment, securing of necessary paperwork, etc.)
Transportation of Remains To/From Airport (Forwarding or Receiving of Remains)
